GoldMind uses state-of-the-art deep learning methods to efficiently store information from various sources, including TeachHQ, the web, Google Drive, and other cloud storage sites, making teaching-related knowledge accessible from a single source.

Capture

GoldMind operates as a Chrome browser extension. It works where you work, allowing you to transition easily between the web and your files. If you want to capture knowledge quickly, you can upload files, clip pages from the web, and annotate information on the web. This knowledge will be automatically ingested and available to your team immediately. If you are working on a more complicated task, GoldMind lets you easily capture your process via ShareFlows. Just click a button and go about your task. GoldMind will record and save your process as an interactive and easy-to-understand workflow comic.

Share

While you are working, GoldMind observes what you are doing. If it detects knowledge that might help you with your current task–e.g., an annotation or ShareFlow–it automatically sends that knowledge to you. This means you no longer need to stop what you are doing to search for relevant knowledge or email your colleagues–it will come to you when you need it.

Results

Our internal evaluations with Monash University teaching staff found that–compared to an LLM-based tool that lets you chat with documents–GoldMind users spent 95% less time searching for information and were three times more likely to complete teaching-related administrative tasks.
